If you want to develop your training team, why not let us do it for you? Our procedure as well as the trainer evaluation process is as follows:
In case of new/first time trainers: they will go through a two day train the trainer program followed by one day for practice and on the spot feedback to ensure they acquire the knowledge of how people learn and lay the groundwork for them to begin developing and refining their training and facilitation skills using a variety of methods.
The following 4 step process applies to both seasoned and first-time trainers:
(Steps 1 & 2 are mandatory while steps 3 & 4 are optional but highly recommended)
Step1: Trainers will go through a step-by-step walkthrough of the proposed training programs. The Training materials will be introduced and demonstrated at a pace that will allow discussion and explanation of all key learning points and the best ways to disseminate the concepts, debrief the different activities and exercises and ensure the learning transfer and the training objectives are met.
Step2: At the conclusion of each program, one additional day will be dedicated for trainers where each will prepare and present one full module and receive instant on the spot feedback as well as a full documented performance report with positives and negatives and recommendations to improve.
Step3: Each trainer will co-deliver his/her first round with one of our consultants
Step4: Each trainer will individually deliver their second-round while one of our consultants is attending to provide any needed support, feedback and guidance.
Trainers will be provided with all they need to deliver the proposed training programs. Each trainer will receive a complete training package that includes a step by step easy to follow tabular formatted Trainer's Guide which makes delivery easyby providing clear directions and suggestions on what to do and what to say with each slide. Also included is a high impact PowerPoint slide deck and a comprehensive Reference Workbook that trainers can give to their class participants. Exercises, activities and games will also be provided (including a fun Power Point Review game for each training program that will allow participants to easily run a fun, energetic Jeopardy style review game competition to end each class on a high note)

Ensuring that trainers are prepared for the task of delivering relevant and useful materials is important. Trainers that have taken the time to consider their own approaches, understandings, and skills will be better equipped to provide comprehensive training courses. This course provides the groundwork for trainers to begin developing their training skills from a theoretical perspective. Over time, trainers can develop their practical skills further supported by concepts from this training program. |
